We start with our own brand Elevate Vodka, distilled six times for a smooth clean finish. Add our ginger beer recipe, sweetened with beet sugar, along with natural lime flavor. After a full day of blending these natural ingredients we chill the mix for 24 hours. Just before canning, we add a precise amount of C02, giving you a cleaner, crisper cocktail.
